My passion for golf and fitness, combined with my extensive training in the CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) system, drives everything I do. Starting my journey as a self-taught golfer at the age of 15, I quickly realized that true performance isn’t just about physical strength or technique—it’s about creating balance in all areas of life. That’s why I built Pinnacle with a holistic approach at its core.
As a certified CHEK Practitioner and CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I don’t just focus on the physical aspects of your fitness or recovery. I take into account the entire picture—your movement patterns, posture, nutrition, stress levels, sleep, and even your mindset. My goal is to help you unlock your full potential by creating personalized programs that not only enhance your athletic performance but also improve your overall well-being.
